Attendees will learn which organic vegetables to plant in their fall garden and how to care for them. They will also learn how to plan the timing of planting as well as soil preparations. All attendees will take away an assortment of organic veggie starts. Class size limited with pre-registration required.

Have you been wanting to learn the basics of home canning, but find yourself confused as to where to begin?
Join Pam as she teaches a hands-on workshop on Canning, Brining, Smoking, Drying and other ways to preserve and store your produce for the winter. Students will come away with some Herbed vinegar and other garden treats. Pam will provide an overview about: equipment, ingredients, canning chemistry, microorganisms, and troubleshooting tips.
Class fee includes instruction, handouts, and samples. Pre-registration is required.
