Here at Fifth Season Gardening Company in Carrboro, NC we’re all about the plants! We keep our outdoor nursery fully stocked with a wide range of outdoor plants and pottery year round. Here you’ll find an exciting and eclectic selection of non-invasive and native perennials, edible fruits and berries, pollinators, deer resistant plants, drought tolerant plants, and more! We are extremely particular about where we source our plants and our nursery only carries non-GMO plants and none of our stock is ever touched by a neonicotinoid pesticide. So, you can rest assured that nothing you buy from us will ever harm a pollinator or pollute the native gene pool. We have also been recognized by the NC Audubon Society as a certified retailer of Bird-Friendly Native Plants!
We also specialize in Hydroponics, Organic Gardening and Agriculture and Beer and Wine making but don’t miss our burgeoning pickling/food preservation, cheese making and terrarium sections. We offer the supplies you need for Urban DIY projects: fresh hops, organic soil & seeds, CANNA, kombucha, and canning supplies.
