Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned gardener, this class will cover the best herbs to grow in our area, soil, sunlight and watering essentials, harvesting best-practices, and simple ways to use your herbs. Participants will learn how to choose the right container, plants, layer soil and drainage, and design beautiful miniature landscapes. They will also learn tips on maintenance, lighting, and creative hardscapes. Leave with your own thriving tropical terrarium and the knowledge to keep it flourishing at home. Taught by terrarium artist Andrew Stuckey. Limited enrollment with pre-registration required.
