Brew Your Own All-Grain Citrus Pale Ale • $160

Class will include a quick intro to all-grain brewing on our stainless steel system, then our Brew Specialist, Chris Mills, will guide you through brewing your own batch. No previous brew experience is neccessary. Two weeks later, you will finish & bottle your beer to take home. (Second round by appointment.) Each kettle makes approximately 24-12 oz. bottles of beer. We can accommodate up to 4 people per kettle. Bring a friend, make some friends, make some beer! $160 fee covers the class. $10 per extra person for a maximum of 4 per kettle. Beginner Bonsai with Danny Coffey • $90

This two-hour class begins with an art and cultural history tour of Bonsai. Participants will then learn how to repot and wire a tree as well as practice bending and shaping techniques. Class fee includes all materials including ceramic pot, tree, and soil. Limited enrollment with pre-registration required.
