Celebrate and preserve the bounty of spring with a class focused on Spring Canning. Join author and teacher Ashley English as she discusses the science and safety surrounding water bath canning, as well as necessary and helpful equipment and materials. In the class, Ashley will demo and share time-honored tips for making delicious batches of Strawberry Jam, Beet & Dill Relish, and Radish Fridge Pickles. $35 class fee includes instruction, handouts, and samples.
