Join us for a hands-on seed starting workshop where you’ll learn everything you need to know to successfully grow your own plants from seed. Sweet Dee from Resting Point Farms, along with our very own Milo, will guide you through spring seed selection, proper soil mixes, optimal growing conditions, and transplanting tips.
Come early to grab a tea or latte and look through our library of pre-selected seeds from Southern Exposure Seed Exchange. If you would like to sow different seed varieties, please bring or purchase them before the workshop begins. Every class member leaves with a tray of planted seeds, ready to be nurtured and grow. Limited enrollment with pre-registration required.
All Grain Brewing: India Pale Ale • $160

Class will include a quick intro to all-grain brewing on our Stainless Steel system, then our Brew Specialist, Chris, will help guide you through brewing your own batch of India Pale Ale. You will come back in two weeks to finish & bottle your beer to take home. (Second round by appointment).
Each kettle makes approximately 24-12 oz. bottles of beer. We can accommodate up to 4 people (max) per kettle. $160 class fee covers all supplies. $10 per extra person, up to 4 people max per kettle. No previous brew experience necessary. Limited enrollment with pre-registration required. All attendees must be 21 or over.
